Account Deletion Request

You can delete your account directly within the ParentPal app by following these steps:

1. Open ParentPal app and log in with your parent account
2. Navigate to Settings (gear icon in the top corner)
3. Scroll down and select "Delete Account"
4. Confirm deletion request — the system will prompt you to enter your password for verification
5. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Parent account information (email, full name, avatar)
• All child profiles in the family (display names, PIN codes)
• Chore verification photos
• Chore history, campaigns, and points transactions
• Virtual pet (DinoPet) data, badges, and savings goals
• Device push notification tokens (FCM tokens)

• Anonymized Data: Aggregated statistics that cannot be linked to any individual (e.g., total chores completed system-wide) may be retained for analytics.
• Legal Records: Security-related audit logs may be retained for up to 90 days as required by applicable laws.

Account deletion is processed immediately upon confirmation in the app. Data will be completely purged from all system servers within 30 days.

• Account deletion is irreversible and permanent
• All family member child profiles will be deleted along with the parent account
• Reward points and historical progress cannot be restored
